Check-In & Boarding

CHECK-IN:

When you first arrive, head inside our ticket booth. For directions to our ticket booth please go to our info page.

Inside you can check in at our Reception Counter and purchase Scallywags Pirate Adventures’ and pirate themed merchandise from our Gift Shop.

Check in by telling the Booth Attendant the name your tickets were purchased under. Each person in your party will receive a Boarding Ticket from the Booth Attendant. (Boarding Tickets are different from your conformation print out or the QR code on your phone.) Each passenger MUST have a boarding ticket in order to board the ship.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before your cruise time. Early check in is suggested as most of our cruises run back to back with a cruise before and after yours.

Wobbly Pirate Cruise ONLY: All passengers must be 21 years old or older and show I.D. to the Booth Attendant before receiving their Boarding Ticket. No exceptions. Scallywags reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that does not have a physical, valid I.D. Scallywags reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be visibly intoxicated. 

BOARDING:

After checking in and getting your Boarding Tickets you will head back outside and line up along the dock behind the ticket booth. The ship docks behind the booth and that is where you will board.

The crew will begin boarding procedures 10-15 minutes before the scheduled cruise time. Once the Captain deems the ship ready, the crew will make an announcement and welcome you on board.

Make sure to have your Boarding Tickets ready to give to the crew.

SETTING SAIL:

Once all passengers are on board and the cruise start time has been reached, the crew will begin your adventure.
 
The show/cruise will begin promptly AT THE CRUISE START TIME (10:30, 12:30, 3:00, 5:00, 6:15 or 8:15). Once the ship has left dock it will not return to pick up late customers. This is so we may stay on schedule. The ship will not return back to dock until the end of the cruise. 
 
Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals. Any no-show tickets are subject to be resold to our waiting list/general public. No refunds will be issued to those that don’t check in by their reservation time.
